I’m Pete Lavelle, Award-winning Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and career coach. 

I’m a former marketing manager, a military veteran, and one who has enjoyed rich and varied work experiences. I’ve done a lot in my life and touched a lot of career fields and that helps me relate to a wide range of clients like you. 

After serving for in Iraq, I felt a deep conviction to make a difference.

It was then, I discovered my talent for creating resumes for other veterans returning to civilian life–I had notable success. 

I knew I found my answer and gravitated toward a making a business from that service and it became a fulfilling gateway to helping others.

Over time, I realized writing effective resumes wasn’t enough to usher my clients through to final success so I became a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and folded in my own experience to build a service that speeds my clients onto their next, best role.
